POSITION:                      Enrollment Concierge
POSITION TERM:            12 Months

REPORTS TO:                  Director of Marketing and Enrollment
Date:                               December 2018
Position Summary:
The Enrollment Concierge is the first point of contact for families beginning the enrollment process at Agora Cyber Charter School. The Enrollment Concierge establishes the relationship with the family and creates a high standard of expectations which follows the students on their educational journey with Agora. The Enrollment Concierge provides quality customer service to ensure families are making a well-informed decision about enrolling at Agora and have all the documents needed to complete the enrollment process.  The Enrollment Concierge assists the families to ensure a pleasant, thorough and informative experience from start to completion. The position reports to the Director of Marketing and Enrollment.
Essential Functions:

  • Promotes a philosophy of quality consumer service on all levels, ensuring the student, the family and the student’s education is the number one priority at Agora Cyber Charter school
  • Collaborates with the elementary, middle school, and high schools, the special education and guidance departments to ensure successful placement and transition of the newly enrolled student
  • Tracks leads generated from tabling events, staff and family referrals, the Agora pre-enrollment form, incoming calls and any other lead inquires coming into the Agora pipeline
  • Ensures all leads are correctly documented onto the corresponding spreadsheet
  • Embraces the concept of One-stop Enrollment
  • Follows-up with telephone calls and emails to potential families as needed
  • Provides updated mailing list to the Director of Marketing and Enrollment for quarterly mailings

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent experience
  • 2 to 3 years student enrollment or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs and K-12 Systems software
  • Ability to travel 30% of the time
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • 3+ years experience with community outreach and relationship building
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment.  This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and photocopiers.
