$17-27 per hour Part-Time

Behavior Technician at Potential will help children with autism reach their full potential by teaching skills such as communication, learning to learn, activities of daily living, and more as well as reducing behavior that impacts their ability to participate in the community.

  • Implement ABA Programs with high integrity (paid training provided)
  • Daily data collection
  • Maintain client safety and confidentiality
  • Complete service logs accurately
  • Work with children of all ages and needs
Job Requirements
  • Pass background checks
  • High School diploma required with a Bachelor's degree preferred (i.e. psychology, education, and rehabilitation majors)
  • Must be available at least 4 days per week for after school hours (3:30-6:30) and/or MWF or TTh day hours (8:30-3:30)
  • Take Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) exam after completing paid training
  • Must be physically able to keep up with active children
