Job Description:
Lincoln Charter School is a public charter school that currently educates students across grades K-6. Lincoln Charter School is seeking a Chief Administrative Officer with a record of success as a school leader familiar with the operations of PA Charter Schools.

The CAO will lead Lincoln Charter School, its leaders, teachers, staff, students, parents and community in identifying, setting and meeting the highest standards of excellence in education to ensure a world-class education is provided to all students. Additionally, the CAO will lead safe, efficient, compliant, and resourceful school operations that are grounded in strong business acumen and accountability.

- Minimum of Master's Degree or higher in Educational Leadership
- Resume and Letter of Interest
- ACT 34 Clearances, ACT 151 Clearances, and FBI Clearance
- Must have the ability to effectively solve problems in a professional manner
- Ability to interact with students, staff and parents in a manner that demonstrates respect and dignity
- PA Administrative Certification (Preferred)
- Have experience working collaboratively with a Board of Directors (Preferred).

- Domain 10: Legal and Administrative Obligations
- Domain 11: Community Relations
The Chief Administrative Officer at Lincoln Charter School is expected to:
- Possess a Master’s degree, its equivalent, or a higher degree with a record of academic achievement.
- Possess a minimum of eight years of prior experience in K-12 education, at least three of which were in a leadership role.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of Charter School Operations.
- Have experience working collaboratively with a Board of Directors (Preferred).
- PA Administrative Certification (Preferred).
- Strong leader competence and demonstrated business management experience, including oversight of finances, facilities, legal and risk management, and personnel matters
- Entrepreneurial, motivated, problem-solver who initiates and develops effective partnerships.
- Excellent follow-through, ability to meet deadlines, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in the face of competing demands and external pressures
- An engaged, collaborative, and accessible approach.
- Ability to develop the staff and leadership team through mutual accountability and respect.
- Capacity to manage a diverse workforce in a complex organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
