The following full-time position will be available on July 1, 2022:
Technology Resource Personnel (12-month position)
Daily Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (30-minute unpaid lunch)
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of recent technical work experience in computer support, repair, and maintenance
- Preferred experience in K-12 environments
- Experience with Windows OS
- Preferred experience with Mac OS, iOS, Chrome OS, Windows Server
- Relevant certifications: Microsoft, MSCE, Google, A+; or, Associates Degree in technology field, preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and requests at the same time.
- Demonstrate flexible thinking, creativity, and an innovation mindset.
- Provide building support for users and technology.
- Supervise all aspects of the building technology. Assist students and staff with utilization of hardware, software, and web-based applications.
- Install and troubleshoot hardware and software applications, upgrades, and operating systems.
- Unpack and set up new computers and printers and configure for network access.
- Diagnose and resolve all level 1 technical problems (hardware, software, network, user equipment). Replace hardware components as needed.
- Support user accounts and logins as needed.
- Monitor and maintain device security on all building computers.
- Provide first level support at building help desk via phone, tickets, email, and in-person.
