Description
Eastern Center for Arts and Technology is
seeking a permanent, full-time Student Success
Counselor to join our team. The successful
candidate will be responsible to work on site as
a first point of contact for students in crisis; work
with students individually and in groups;
Identify, collect, and analyze student data to
assist students in need and implement
strategies, in conjunction with the Student
Success Coordinators, to provide support for
students; coordinate support services in
conjunction with EASTERN staff and
participating schools; provide support to
instructors; other professional duties as
required.
Experience/Qualifications:
Experience in career and technical education
preferred

Five years of secondary school counselor or
school psychologist experience preferred
Education/Requirements:
- Pennsylvania Department of Education
certification in counseling at the secondary
level or Pennsylvania Department of Education
certification as a school psychologist
- Master’s degree from an accredited institution
of higher education preferred
- Act 34, 114 and 151 Clearances
Salary/Benefits/Terms:
- Based on experience and education in
coordination with the Professional contract
$54,346-$115,629
- Excellent benefits including healthcare and
PSERS retirement system
- Anticipated start – September 23, 2024
