• Top Starting Salary: $64,000 – among the highest for certified teachers in the state
• Hard-to-Fill Role Bonus: $2,000 for Math, Science, SPED, and Tech
• Performance Bonuses: Up to $7,500 annually
• Continued Education Incentives:
  • +$3,500 for a Master's Degree in a related field
  • +$1,500 for Bachelor’s + 24 Grad Credits
  • +$1,500 for Master’s + 30 Grad Credits
• Longevity Pay: $1,200 every three years
• Tuition Reimbursement Program: Up to $3,000 per year
