Job Description:
Therapy Source is currently seeking PA Licensed Vision Therapists OR Department of Ed Certified Teachers of the Visually Impaired to consult with virtual charter school students remotely through Zoom. These positions are for the remainder of the current school year, ESY, and the next school year.
Teacher of the Visually Impaired Salary: $55-$65 per hour
Teacher of the Visually Impaired Qualifications:

• License as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired in Pennsylvania
• School Certification as a Teacher of the Visually Impaired in Pennsylvania
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain) 

Teacher of the Visually Impaired Responsibilities May Include:

• Evaluating and determining appropriate itinerant services based on student needs
• Providing ongoing support to teachers regarding the needs of the student
• Recommending and assisting with adaptations for classroom instruction
• Providing direct services with the use of the appropriate mode of communication
• Using assistive technology with student
