Essential job functions are as follows but not limited to:
- Plan and teach Mathematics courses
- Build motivation and interest in learning
- Prepare effectively for class and provide documentation of students’ progress
- Demonstrate knowledge of and ability to use research-based practices
- Develop an environment that supports student learning
- Bachelor's degree
- Content area teaching certificate is preferred but not required at the time of hire
- Teachers will need to obtain a Pennsylvania certification, and the school will support staff in completing the required coursework and process.
- A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a school setting is preferred but not required
