Learning Support Teacher, Grades 6-12 (Contracted)
2026–2027 School Year
The Brandywine Heights Area School District is seeking dedicated, student-centered educators to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for passionate professionals who are committed to fostering academic achievement, supporting the development of essential life skills, and empowering students to reach their full potential as responsible, capable citizens.
The Learning Support Teacher provides appropriate instructional activities to students; develops or modifies curricula, and prepares lessons and other instructional materials according to ability levels, disabilities, and impairments of students.
Qualifications: PA Special Education and Secondary English certifications required. Reading Specialist and/or additional subject area certifications preferred.
Contracted positions beginning at the start of the 2026-27 school year, approximately August 18, 2026 following School Board approval and completion of pre-employment requirements.
