Job Description:
School Lane Charter School is searching for an experienced TSS to work 1:1 with an elementary school student with special needs.  The TSS implements methods and interventions from the treatment plan to help the student develop necessary skills and be successful.  The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to positively interact with students to encourage development.  Prior experience as TSS and/or working with children in a school environment is required.
