LOCATION: Guth Elementary
AVAILABLE: ASAP through the end of the 2023-2024 school year.
COMPENSATION: Salary in accordance with the PEA contract.
HOURS: 8:05 AM - 3:35 PM

Must possess current PA English as a Second Language Program Specialist Certification, as well as current Act 34, Act 151 and Act 114 FBI clearances.
Act 168 Employment History Review/Questionnaire required.

DESCRIPTION:
- Provide instructional services to English Learners of varying English proficiency levels (a newcomer to advanced) and students with limited/interrupted formal education.
- Ability to co-teach and provide push-in support while developing strong working relationships with colleagues, parents, and the community.
- Assess student eligibility for services and conduct progress monitoring.
- Participate in student-specific meetings to share data and strategies for student success.
REQUIREMENTS:
