POSITION 
Full-time administrative assistant position for the 2024-2025 academic year.


QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Certification in payroll administration or benefits administration is desired.
  • Prior experience working in a business office.

  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Teacher certification tracking

REQUIREMENTS
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, payroll administrator, or similar role with a focus on health benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of payroll processing and familiarity with payroll software/systems
  • Understanding of health benefits administration, including enrollment procedures and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
